Pineapple and pear make a lucky match when blessed with a splash of Marc de Champagne by Perrier-Jouet in this tantalizing jam.  You’ll get the sparkling taste of ripe Cayenne Pineapple and sweet Barlett pears, followed by the intense aroma of a cognac made from Perrier-Jouet’s famous line of champagnes. Just sprinkle some of this low sugar jam over cheese and you’ll be looking for a rainbow.
