Tuscan Moon Jammies

This jam is all about Black Mission Figs, touched with organic Acacia Honey from Hungary and infused for 24 hours with California Bay leaves. The jam is fork-tender with an unctuous aroma reminiscent of Tuscany. Every fig is hand cut, then allowed to macerate in a minimal amount of sugar before beginning the final journey to the jar. Delicious on fish or chicken, or try our Ham ‘n Jam San’ recipe for a real treat.
