Kumquat season is very short, so we say Sayonara to this limited edition Meiwa Kumquat marmalade infused with vanilla and pear. It’s like eating sunshine in a jar. We delicately deseed every teeny tiny kumquat, then dice the skin and gently soak it for 24 hours with Bartlett pears before bringing it to a gentle boil with a minimum of sugar.
