Wine jellies are best known in France but it’s hard to find them in the US. Now Jammies is pleased to offer Pinot Noir Wine Jelly made from the famous Napa Valley, Sonoma and Mendocino County vineyards.

Our first jelly is a Pinot Noir from the Mendocino County area and it’s a winner! Flavors notes of plum and cinnamon roll around your tongue with every bite. We will be producing varietal wine jellies that will be unique for your table and make any cheese and wine event something special. Our first production using Castle Rock 2006 Pinot has already SOLD OUT stay tuned for our next production.
