Kumquat season is very short, so we say Sayonara to this limited edition Meiwa Kumquat marmalade infused with vanilla and pear. It’s like eating sunshine in a jar. We delicately deseed every teeny tiny kumquat, then dice the skin and gently soak it for 24 hours with Bartlett pears before bringing it to a gentle boil with a minimum of sugar. This jam will tingle in your mouth with the true flavor of blueberries harvested by hand. The flavor is so intense we merely added a small amount of sugar so you can taste these little gems in every bite. The season is short for these beauties, so stock up while we have them on hand.
