Lady Marmalade is our signature jam made from sweet navel oranges hit with the snap of Tahitian limes, then soothed with Tahitian vanilla and a soupcon of almond flavoring. It will melt like butter in your mouth! We take sweet oranges and lime, then steep them overnight with vanilla beans and a splash of almond, then reduce it down to a concentrate of sheer pleasure. Set: soft, European Fruit/sugar ratio: 3/1

Orange lime marmalade gets a new twist with a fresh ginger infusion touched with a little cinnamon, vanilla and almond flavors. One spoonful and you'll be signing Bali Hai before you know it.

The romantic aroma of strawberries with just a hint of passion fruit, mango and pineapple, kissed with the scent of jasmine flowers makes this jam our favorite Love Potion. Eat it by the spoonful, then let your lover lick it off those juicy lips and you’ll want to keep a jar on hand at all times. We brew Love Potion with a ratio of 4gm fruit to every 1 gm sugar, making this a jam that will be light on your figure while smoldering with the promise of a delicious time ahead.

White figs paired with pear beg to be studded with almond slices and that's just what this jam delivers. Crunchy almond slices nicely compliment the sweet balance of pear and fig.
